10 gallon fish tank setup?
Ok, so I'm thinking of upgrading to a 10-gallon aquarium and I wonder if I have all materials needed in addition to the tank and some gravel. Currently I have a 2-liter tank with a pair of guppies and a 1 gallon bowl with some small feeder guppies in it (and I know that are too small, I get it evry time i asked a similar question to this …) Anyway Supplies all I have are the following: Set Undergravel filter for about 2 or 3 gallon air tank w elite mini pump / a-130 can be filtered for 5-6 gallon air tank from the pump in the form of a one gallon tank small air stone 10 small "cave" (in the form of a shark) 2 fake plants: a very small and one decent sized (or seven inches 6 high) A type of coral as decoration fake insurance aqua aquarium salt tubes Do I have everything I need, besides the tank, gravel and a hood? In addition, "I can put my guppies largest feeder guppies or not? Thanks for the help. oh ya and a small network
Depending on the size of feeder guppies are. If they are small enough to fit in the mouth guppies, then no. If they are unable to fit into the mouth guppies then yes, it will be fine. I think your tank installation is very nice, but a few larger plants would be good for the guppies to hide in.
