Is this cage good for two dumbo rats?

A 10-gallon aquarium with a large cage topper adds over 3 floors? Is it big enough two dumbo rats? 2 additional full floors and an additional platform …. I want to make sure its big enough:)

of course … that is perfect … I have 2 hooded male rats. Males grow larger than females. They love to have ramps to climb and jump to the next track. if you have baby rats can not be interesed to climb yet. good luck with them, I bet you are adorable …
