Plants to clean fish in the aquarium? Rubberlip Plecos?

I have a 20 gallon tank i decided to dedicate to the angels, since I saw them on sale for $ 3 per piece and needed to have. It's a planted tank and there are a lot of seaweed I bought a rubber lip Pleco PetSmart for a dollar. seemed as a good investment (i named it Rupert!) yet is happy to run around the tank (mostly of glass) and hidden in the rocks. I have a lot of silk reservoir rock if that means anything.

Well, I'd say to get a pocosomis (do not know if I wrote that right!), I clean the tank and I've seen clean rocks and plants, so I would recommend Gettings one of them and if you have problems with the bottom of gravel to get a catfish, because it will clean that up. I hope helpled!
