I have a 55 gallon aquarium game and I want to convert salt water

I have a 60 gallon power filter, heater'm pretty sure it will work for salt, and an all glass aquarium hood. I need to know is Do I need a new filter. I know I need a powerhead, skimmer and a new bell lighting. Do I need something else and what type of lighting do you recommend
