Wade Denman is an Arizona native with over 10 years of experience in real estate sales and lending. Wade earned a Bachelors of Arts from BYU and a Master of Business Administration from ASU. Wade founded his own real estate company in 2000 and operated it as Denman Realty Group, LLC until 2006. In late 2006 Wade purchased a franchise of the national firm Avalar Real Estate Network. While operating Denman Realty, Wade was responsible for and oversaw all activities of the real estate brokerage including sales, leasing and property management. Prior to opening and operating his own real estate brokerage, Wade spent over six years in the commercial real estate field in the areas of commercial lending and financial analysis. Wade's significant experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate combined with his local market knowledge gives Avalar Real Estate & Mortgage Network a firm foundation.

Mark Willis is a fifth generation native of Arizona and has been a licensed real estate agent for over 19 years. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from NAU and obtained his CPA certification also. Mark has worked as CFO / Controller for Real Estate Developers / Builders / Real Estate Sales and was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting as well as the Real Estate activities. Mark's extensive real estate and finance background coupled with his superb knowledge of the Arizona real estate market are valuable to the continued growth of Avalar Real Estate & Mortgage Network.

Bekah joined Avalar in 2005 after relocating from Oregon. Bekah manages the office operations for Mesa and oversees all transaction files. Bekah has an Associates of Applied Science degree and has 10 years experience as an office professional.

Marilyn manages the Scottsdale office operations as well as assisting with foreclosure & loss mitigation. Marilyn Crosby is a 30-year resident of Arizona which has given her the opportunity to develop her expertise on the Valley. She has a BS degree from Arizona State University, is a licensed Realtor®, registered lobbyist, and co-owner of Crosby Custom Homes, LLC. When she isn’t helping clients with their real estate needs, she’ll be found enjoying her love of horses and the outdoors with her family: horseback riding/training, cycling, competing in triathlons and charity runs, archery, ATVing, camping.

He decided get his Real Estate License a couple years ago and has made his focus the Short-Sale/Foreclosure arena. Christine has been in the property management business off and on since 1984. Her background is in buying and selling residential and commercial real estate. She also ran a company that did ‘fix and flips’ of properties so she is familiar with all sides of property ownership/management, including maintenance & repair.
