Aquarium 5 Hex
Hex is a 5-gallon tank good for a betta?

I know quite vertical, but I kept my Betta for the last time a gallon 3 AquaView 360, which was just a plain large cylinder, and was very happy in your tank until one day he became stuck in the caves of your aquarium and went home with he died): All my friends in a Betta forum said that his tank was very good, and was thinner and taller than the hexagonal … Anyway, I buy a hexagon, or a 10 gallon tank? I really do not have much space for a ten gallon, and the only free furniture I have for the tank is old and may not be able to withstand all that weight … A 10 gallons seems overwhelming …. but I get a ghost shrimp and some live plants grow, it is still possible in the hexagonal?

actually bettas are swimming side, which means side to side, not top to bottom … traditional rectangular tank would be better for a betta … I really do not need 10 gallons but if you have the room and cash, why not: O) this is the tank I have my Betta and provides good vision and will fit in a corner, but it seems corner tank … the biowheel filter and incorporated into the glass as the lights (which are bright enough for real plants) and the filter is sufficiently smooth not to suck in fish fins and the top of the water is soft … I used to have my Betta in 5 gallon eclipse hex and I could not see the fish was always swimming around the back … I do not like the hexagonal and sold all
