What do you need for a 70 gallon marine (saltwater) aquarium?

Im getting a gallon marine 70 (saltwater) aquarium what required to do so and were star fish, fish, etc.

Will have everything that appears on this site: Good thing http://www.fishlore.com/SaltwaterAquariumSetup.htm going to start with a large tank instead of a smaller tank.
