My action aquarium decoration Penn-Plax says I need to connect to an air source. What does this mean?

I bought it at Wal-Mart and skeleton is supposed to move up and down, but you must be connected to a separate air source. I have a girl 5. hexagon-shaped bowl that you just put together and I'm not familiar w / this. Came w / a filter, but I do not see a place to connect to it.

if you want the skeleton to move, it requires a pump air hose.
