Complete system for a 75-gallon aquarium perfect?

Hi all, I'm probably getting 75 gallon aquarium perfect for big day Als Boxing, as usually only 79.99 or 89.99 for the tank only. If someone could tell me what kind of lighting i should buy for a relationship 3wpg. I DIY to the cup for that shed, and what type of filter is what I need, and what kind of necicities others, I'm going to a DIY CO2 system and that i eventually the entire tank floor. I'm not geting a lid for the aquarium, however, I'm going to DIY, probably one too. I'm on a tight budget, only I spend money for the aquarium (Reminder: I'm buying all this in the Boxing Day discouts) filter substrate, and things I can not DIY as light. I would like everything just comes to about $ 200. Could someone help me with this? 10 points are in the manufacture of those who give their best shot. Its going about it totally wrong …… If you planted ……… You can not have a budget and any kind of success they deserve. Building your own ballast more for the fun of saving money. T5HO globalization can be had for 30 dollars more than anything you could build and twice the quality. but it is a project you want to go for it. (Bulb), doubles are $ 40 more but well worth the penalty. you spend $ 150 … only in plants 3 bags full of eco-maybe four is $ 150 DIY CO2 20 gallon and smaller tanks. Cause many more problems than solutions and flucuating and comprehensive nature of the punishment they tank. If you are going to go this route i would suggest 10 2-liter bottles, changed weekly. lol (I'm laughing while typing) of CO2 under pressure is the key to the whole tank and the first piece to be available throughout the plan. Red Sea some affordable options. The plant is light pedal gas .. great light great means of co2, ferts and substrate. Kripa will ferts only $ 60.
