The best way to get co2 in my tank?

I wonder what is the best way to get co2 in my tank. I know in some ways, but im not sure if the best way to go.

Live plants are the reason to put CO2 in I tried the DIY special, and it too frustrating. I broke and bought a Milwaukee CO2 regulator / needle valve / solenoid / pH meter set, and has a CO2 tank that I filled a local Airgas. I inject the CO2 into a PVC diffuser I attached the output of my filter box. It works very well.
