percula clownfish help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I recently got a breeding tank percula clownfish. is in a tank of 15 gallons of salt water. it is my first saltwater fish so I'm always kind of a newbie with saltwater fish. since I have what has been swimming in place at the top level of the aquarium for about 4 days. he is eating his pellets. now the only team in a blockage in the filter, heater, decor and I have black sand substrate. I tested the water pH, salinity, nitrite, ammonia, carbonate hardness, and CO2. each of which the test, said that all levels are normal. Is there something wrong with my clown fish? I'm missing some equipment? please help.

every thing sounds good. you have a healthy fish consumption, with the parameters of good water quality. I had a maroon clown for the past 7 years, and he does the same as most of all clowns. see water parameters if the tank has not cycled yet. otherwise, the clowns are pretty hardy fish.
