What would a good paint for painting aquarium decorations?

I have a couple of rocks plactic I like to paint. What type of paint aerosol would be safe for fish and do not pollute the water?

They sell painted / decorated rocks in stores. I'm not sure about the paint without However, each time using color décor even in my tanks, color or paint chips away for 3-4 months.
