hmmm …… This tank was set up work?

I have a 75 gallon tank. with a whisper 60 gallon filter and a whisper 20 gallon filter. Aerated. moss balls and swords name. 2 dividers that separate the tank in half 32.gal (house breeding cycle), and 16.5gal.tanks two (for breeding platys, mollies, guppies and fantasy) the girl 32. is in the middle with 16.5 gallons per side. With this being said Where should I put the filters, I ordered a heater where it goes, and what is a good substrate for planted tank?? ok well this isn't the first time I have used this tank. Not again. I happen to love whispers. i before these fish reared in my angel in the tank. dontmake comments but please only answer the question i. it wont work if the cichlid fish is its other largest viviparous I can put in?? and I need not breed in this tank.

cichlids have different needs that guppies / mollies / platys. let alone the difficulty to breed cichlids. should reconsider this before installing it and buy fish. nothing beats a nice cichlid tank. Why not have those. and Cichlids do not eat live plants? Wisper filters are not as good either. I hated mine, and bought a Marineland filter in place.
