I have a dilemma aquarium ….?

Ok, so I bought this new tank (Eclipse 3) over a month ago, and has been great, but a few days I realized that the filter was not working …. How I can fix it? Is not filtered! I have tried to clean and everything but nothing works.

disconnect the power and the first intake filter (pour water in it) and then reconnect If that fails call the manufacturer.
