I recently moved my saltwater aquarium, when I go to be safe from a peak of ammonia?

Moved 55 gallons 1 / 2 hour away. I kept all water, all filter media, and bagged my fish and live rock. It has been 4 days and each day I add a reinforcement of biological filter and cousins, to detoxify ammonia, among other things. I checked the tank continuously, and ammonia rose to 0.25, and down again. When will I be safe from security ammonia spike?

If your cycle of bacteria damaged during the move too much ammonia just started up immediately.
