What type of aquarium filter should I buy?

I'm buying a 10 gallon aquarium and put a chinese algae eaters, 2 xifos male, male 1 and 1 gourmis dwarf, an albino rainbow shark, and two snails Nerita. The aquarium has an estimate of 5-inch bubble and a pump 15 liters of air. The aquarium heated to 78 degrees. There will be no live plants. I'm leaning towards getting an aqua-tech filter box 5.15 gallons, but I'm not sure. I have heard many good things about bio-wheels. I completely lost over wut kind of filter i should have. You always like specifics, hope that was specific enough, lol. Thank you the answers!

Aqua-tech filter should be fine, no more than a cheap filter, but I have one with my cichlids and it works well.The only problem with them I think is that there is no flow control to lower the current that I like when I'm holding bettas.Make sure what ever filter you decide on the cartridges are readily available in your area.
