How can I get a job at my local aquarium / fish store?

I have 16 and I would get a job at the local pet store. Its really an aquarium shop. I have had much experience with fish and tropical plants. I am very interested in marine biology, and I thought it might not be a bad idea to get a job in my local fish shop. I have good knowledge on freshwater plants. How can I get a job there?
