Aquarium Internal Filter
good aquarium filter?

I have one part water and part land in a 29g setup. there are only about 4.5 inches of water, so most internal filters do not work. And because it has a sand bed i discarded gravel filters. So naturally turned to external filters. The problem is that most of them are crazy expensive and take off like 260gph, when I could use a fraction of that speed. My price range is like $ 20.

Fluval 1 plus perhaps Fluval 2 … a small sponge filter work awsome and a sponge filter as this guy has to be much better and cheaper than an outsider, because they are more mechanical filters and biological sponge .. but both are ideal http://cichlidresearch.com/simpleaquarium.html ultimatley good luck
