Aquarium Lighting: LED vs moonlight?

What is the difference between the LED and moonlight lighting for my aquarium? At first I thought they were the same until I read the statement from a user saying "Claro de Luna is better than LED. I have a girl 55, I want to add This type of lighting. Should I buy directly from eBay or do a DIY? What type / class does not do you recommend? Thanks!

A moonlight is basically low intensity light used at night so you can see the night fishing. Virtually all moonlights basic use of LEDs as the light source due to low light output it provides and because it uses very little electricity. Since the use LED moonlight, a lot of people tend to use both terms interchangeably, but the two are not exactly the same thing and in fact can not be compared with others. In a sense, it would be like comparing cotton shirts.
