Guppy Tank 10G tank lighting and two 15W incandescent bulbs?

So I took a 10G Aqueon tank for my fry for 1-3 months of age grow in (they were in separate tanks before). What I want to know is if the 2 15 watt incandescent light bulbs I have are good / good or should be a power over / under? (Do not think it's going higher in the spotlight with the hood came with). I want my fry to grow at a healthy pace and do what is best for them. It is also a 10-watt incandescent bulb good for the fry 1-4 weeks of age are at a 5 g tank? (All lamps come with kits aquarium) Also … As a sidenote, does anyone else have this basic Aqueon Aquarium Kit 10, and, if so, what is your opinion him? Aqueon Aquarium Petco Basic is a brand right? Should be either to increase their fry. But as far as bringing out the colors of the fish when they start to get theirs, incandescent bulbs actually do not. The 15W is enough for now. Although not support any of the plants is what everyone had in the 60's.
