What is the best lighting for saltwater aquariums?

Currently I have 65 gallons. show tank with a FOWLR setup. I am using a Venice JBJ 48 "with 2 65 10 000 W / tru 03. Would this be enough for a healthy setting. I have about 10 small fish and an anemone ….. Thanks
