How I can stock my 16 gallon bow front aquarium?

Currently I have 3 emerald green corian, 6 and 4 neon tetras tetras Glowlight. My plan is the addition of 5 zebra danios two fancy guppies Plattier 4-6. Would it be too much for my aquarium fish? I have a good filter system and do maintenance weekly in the tank and gravel vacuuming and 25% water change.

the inch per gallon rule is a myth, I use to think that is important, but not anymore. really depends on what kind of fish to, changes in water, filter etc if you put a goldfish in the tank so it could be compared to 10 neon tetras. 1-2 fish can maintain gold in the 16 gallon with a good filter (gold fish produce allot of waste, while neon does not). there could be up a total of 20 neon no problem if you can keep the water changes of 30% each week. can add these, I had to reduce some of the numbers because Plattier and are slightly larger Corien and produce more waste (you can add more if you do not have these fish). 3 danios 2 Plattier (try not add these) guppies 3 (guppies stay away from females) increase the biological load and must keep up with cleaning the gravel and at least 30-40% water changes every week. your tank can seem little tight, but this should not harm the fish anyway. at first glance you'll get a comment about her being overcrowded.
