LED light in the aquarium of stress?

I recently bought a filter that is built with LED lights (blue, red and green). The manual says that simulates Moonlight and reduces stress levels for fish. What happens is that the lights, there is no off button. Are both the filter is plugged So my question is, does this LED lighting fish stress? Due to be built with filter LED, the light will probably be the 24 / 7 as I have the intention to maintain Filter my career.

No. Fish see lights in most of the deep water, so no harm.
