Eclipse Hex 5 live aquarium plants support?

I want to get an Eclipse Hex 5 Aquarium Betta lonely one, but I would like an aquarium planted. Can anyone tell me if they produce enough light for plants to survive? if so .. species that are good? if no. there is a mark in one 5gal is better?
