Aquarium filtration? Is this too much? Help please!?

It would be the circulation pump 720 gph much for a community water tank 55 gallon freshwater? I have a cascade of 700, valued at 185gph, and not to do too big of a job … if I've added a cascade of 1,500 container therein, and filters in place, the cascade of 700 with carbon pads and silk mesh, and mesh pads 1500 with mostly silk, and some bio rings. The two filters would completely change the water in the tank 13 times per hour … I've always heard that the leak may have a lot .. Is this true? My only concern is that it can be much more present in the tank and the fish might have to fight to swim upstream, and could not relax at any … lol help?

It is not much I have had "regular" water tanks, where turnover was up to 20x. It is unlikely that the current would be too, but if it is, you can always remove End cap spraybar, or point in a direction that does not affect the excess water.
