Aquarium prices? (Help any way you can, please)!?

I go shopping for an aquarium before, I like to have at least 55 gallons or larger, but I want to know some prices of what is new with stand, for some reason I did not like the look of oak (light wood or just) only black, I would see my car, but hard to find in the Internet hem because very few people want to ship. I do not want to buy from Internet just want a idea of what I have to pay, or what you paid or how much you have in mind that top dollars for one, so are some other commentators sizes 10, 20, 29, 50, 75 as a much bigger and how a movement! O yes Arcrylic glass or crystal preference or what you think is better and why? (Sounds as an essay question)?? Well I just found out that Petco has a dollar per gallon for sale! So for a 55 gallon aquarium is only $ 55 !!!!! Good deal??

Most 55-gallon with support end up costing between $ 250 and $ 400, depending on the sales and style of aquarium. That is unless you are lucky enough to find someone who is trying to get rid of your tank nearby. My sister bought her 55-gallon tank with stand for $ 20 because his neighbor was about to throw it away. Buy a new tank, expects about $ 300. I've seen 55, 56, 90, 150 and 190 gallon tanks, but the biggest 3 are not so common having note that very few people have $ 1000 + to dish out a fish tank …. use with the support and the hood 190 was $ 2100! I've always been glass tanks, although I have heard acrylic works similarly, not scratch as easily and is much lighter than glass. Does not really matter to the fish, it is more of a personal preference and availability of the person (ie: I use glass because I have never seen except for acrylic small (1 to 5 gallons) aquarium kit that are not large enough) What type of fish in the maintenance planning?
