What do you think about creating a saltwater aquarium?

I am a friend of marine aquarium and I'm going to be January 1. I would like expert advice in setting up an aquarium of 550 gallons of saltwater size five feet in length from 2 feet in height and width

This type of question is beyond the scope of yahoo answers. Want a reef aquarium, fish tank live rock just over? From a general perspective, this will require a significant investment in time and money. What you need in terms of equipment goes, is the tank, most likely a large skimmer, loads of bombs large, a large pit, and some very good lighting. It takes some massive warming and / or cooling units. You will need several hundred pounds of sand, if you want a sandy bottom, and several hundred pounds of live rock, if you are doing a reef or tank with live rock in it. A tank of this size is heavy. You need a structural engineer to ensure that your building can support its weight. Do not even think to put this in a second floor, or any word with a space below it. It is also likely need additional cables for multiple power switches for pumps and other equipment. It definitely requires practice and engineering also supported.
