There is software that lets you test everything in saltwater aquarium?

I'm looking to see if any software for my computer that lets you try everything in my saltwater tank. if you can connect a PC tester instead of mixing chemicals and diving clubs. I would like to monitor my calcium, pH, nitratites, nitrates, etc. thanks
