Aquarium question empty?

I have a trap and manual and I can not use it. I like to suck the water through so many things that end up avoiding it complete. What types of self-starter or battery do you recommend? Preferably under $ 20. Thanks in advance! It is water fish, Blech. d =

I have both manuals, and cleaner energy back taxes the power supply that costs around 30 pounds in the UK, but it's good because it cleans your garbage and fish aquarium water while returns in the tank so you can spend more time cleaning your tank, you still have to do water changes, but both combined i find you get a clean tank hope this helps
