What is the cheapest refrigerator?

I need a refrigerator to cool water to the exact degrees. However, all i see are coolers expensive, I do not plan to go really low, just about 65 degrees. This is for a goldfish aquarium. This is not for the benefit of the goldfish, I'm just doing this as an experiment to make the information on goldfish environment preferred not required. If anyone knows of another way to cool the water that is controllable and be at a single temperature for a long period of time, would be greatly appreciated. I can go, just nothing over $ 100.

Cheapest coolers are on Craigslist. If you do not mind it used to, can get a very very good for under $ 100 (sometimes with new as well.) That's where I found the mine. I think this is the best way forward for you as they are just experimenting.
