Fish Tank problem, need help to resolve the high levels of ammonia?

I've been cycling my water once every three days and high ammonia levels back support. All of my fish have died and I was addind thinkinh on real plants with ammonium neutrilze aquarium. I also noticed that the spots Brown has been appearing in false decorations in my tank, I think that the same chemicals can also cause some poisining. I have a fish aqarium wants gold and only gold fish, not tropical, so I've been buying cheap food fish to see if more expensive fish such as koi can survive in my tank. Does anyone have any suggestions? By the way, I used a neutiling against ammonia solution, but I was thinking about using an alkaline solution, it would also is good?
