One more thing, what kind of bell I need to house a couple of these bulbs. say … 5 of them What is the K 10000 on? Kelvin?

10 000 degrees Kelvin is correct. The 50 / 50 means that is 50% normal fluorescent ligh, 50% "special" light to give the plants a greater range of colors. It only takes about three of the bulbs its 15-gallon tank, but I'm sure the hood Petco has it too.
