Gill blue fish tank view?

Hi I have a bluegill I saw in a local park .. hes been in a fish tank more than 3 months and very healthy … I was wondering though … Will I be able to put the plants in the aquarium wrong with him because I heard that they tear a lot? thanks

If you have this problem, obtain plants that are attached to rocks. I had my Blue Gill with Oscar and other cichlids. And the Blue Gill definitely stood firm and looked as more rock caves.
