What is the best way to clean an aquarium large fish found in the wall? I have no aquarium cleaning exp.

I do not know what cleaning products and equipment that I may use that is safe for fish. Should I remove the fish? Or I can leave some water while I clean? It's really dirty and could probably withstand a good scrub down. I also like to know the best way to clean to stay clean as long as possible. It seems that dirty quickly.
