Starting a saltwater tank?

I have a ten gallon tank. I want to convert a saltwater aquarium. I want to live rock, live coral, some of Anemone and a small clownfish. First I have some questions. 1. What is a good price for a clown fish? 2. Is this a good size fish tank clown? 3. Does he or she get lonely? 4. Does it matter what type of filter for salt water? 5. "I can use a Fluval plus 1 (in tank) filter for salt water? 6.Is bike no fish the same in a tank of salt water in fresh water? 7. What pH should I have? 8. What test equipment and chemicals I need. I have a vacuum gravel, water conditioner, zhyme stress test kit for ammonia (saltwater). 9. What else do I need? I'm a freshwater aquarist expirence, but completely new to salt water. Thanks!
