How much sealer you need for a 150 gallon tank?

I'm in the process of buying materials to build my own tank. I'm building Perspex / Acrylic (same) and after using the Weld-on # 4 I want to go above the aquarium grade silicone. However, I am at a loss As for how much to buy. I know it's always better to have more then not enough, but I will not spend a lot of money on something that will sit when I'm done. Does anyone have an estimate of how much should I use? Tank Specifications: 5'x2'x2 "150 gallons
