I need help! those little things pink worm invaded my tank! ASAP?

a few months ago I used to feed my mosquito larvae fish in a pond in my garden, and sometimes these little pink worms on a mm (millimeterss thick and long acentimetere) that come with them. I none of it. I thought the fish was eaten. But Time nowevery i clean my tank hundreds of them out of the gravel and the tank is contaminated with feces. How I can get rid of these things! when I clean the tank next to I move all my fish a bucket temporarily while I was on my land with boiling water and clean all my decorations, filters and equipment and plants. You can then just add to the healthy bacteria instant Biosphere tetra or should I use?? Help! any other way get rid of them will be welcome! thanks!

Hi, If you take a flashlight with red cellophane over a couple of hours after the lights go out, see a new life in your tank. Most are harmless.
